Hey there was a fault in the area which has now been sorted. But we still had WiFi issues. Booked and engineer and they are due tomorrow morning. WiFi has now come back on and can not cancel appointment on app or anything
please help get this cancelled please

We're sorry to hear you were having an issue with cancelling your engineer appointment. Usually the option to cancel the engineer via the app is removed after 4pm the day before the appointment is scheduled.
You will usually receive a text message confirming the appointment details and you will be able to cancel by replying to the text message too.
