I urgently need to contact Virgin about an issue surrounding my planned installation on Wed 24th Feb. I have tried unsuccessfully by phone and cant find an email address of chat facility. Is there any other way?

Have you tried the pre-installation and delivery team 0800 052 1734?
If it's a new build development, then the National Home Builders team would be able to check that for you on 0800 073 7100.
