Need to speak to someone in customer care regarding me not receiving my welcome pack email.
Can't do anything online as I can't register my account without this email!
Any information would be appreciated.
I'm in the process of changing over from Sky and I still haven't received my welcome pack email from Virgin!
It's been nine days now and I still haven't received it!
I've tried to phone customer care numerous times but I keep getting directed to an online page.

This is primarily a user-community forum, VM staff respond to technical queries but the current wait time is upto a week. I'd suggest you call Virgin C/S to resolve this.
