Hello I am a new customer 2 months ago I signed for virgin media and I realized this days that you I was any charged only the first time, and now my services are suspended and I don’t know how to pay I tried making an account but when I input my information it says that the information is incorrect and I read something about invitation mail but I can’t find it either (I have account number and area code from when I first signed) I have broadband and SIM card
