Need Account number & contract

I have been a customer for about 3 weeks now & still no welcome email with contract or account number.  I have posted already this morning only for it to be removed and clumped with a previous query???  I have rang and been cut off twice, emailed & pm’d yet still nothing.  How hard can it be?  Didn’t take long to be reprimanded for sending a pm before I was asked to!  Beggars belief how difficult it is to get such a simple basic question answered!
