NOT HAPPY

About a month ago I called up to cancel all subscriptions (lots of issues + cost) but Virgin talked me into reducing my package to one box so they cancelled one" the wrong one so left us with no TV for five days then came out to swap boxes so lost all recording so called up again to cancel & the man said it will cancel in 30 days, been onto my Virgin account 10 days later to find my contract runs till 2022 & now my bill is £110 that originally £68 so again trying to call for the last 3 days but phone keeps saying call back later, 

Please just let me cancel all of my Virgin stuff i have had enough

My apologies for the service experience and also the delayed reply.

 

I can see from checking the system that all adjustments have been made and the cancellation request made was for 30 days notice. I am sorry that you're leaving us also.
