I was switched to O2 a week ago and now, when I check my status it looks like either the Volt benefits have been applied, which is not correct at all or "You may not be able to get Volt at your registered address" which is also not true.
I am still waiting to hear from Virgin Media, who appear to be extremely shy about that.
Any ideas how to receive what has been promised? No, I have no activation option on my O2 account and no, Virgin Media somehow does not offer that upgrade, when I log into my account, while the upgrade is available for my address.
