NETFLIX still suspended

NETFLIX still suspended after paying bill 10 days ago.

Please help someone, actually anyone. Paid bill 7 minutes after services disconnected 10 days ago. Tv took 3 days to restore. Netflix still off! Getting absolutely nowhere via phone and from what I gather its just a case of reactivation. Told yesterday another 5 days?! wth. Seriously ots 2023 and it was disconnected pretty easily, yet it appears we need Einstein to switch back on. Any ideas folks?

Same problem here! Appears they didnt send the required activation email out to me, but noone seems to know how to resolve this. So far I have waited 20 days and losing patience fast!
