so this is my last resort. i’ve tried to contact virgin for the last few months now day in day out. i have a bill i need to pay and can’t access my login as it’s telling me all my details are wrong and my account can’t be found. they have now threatened debt collection. bare in mind they have an address which has never been mine nor is it anywhere close to where i live which i’m sure breaches data protection. they will send collection services to this address and they do not have anything associated with it. i NEED to contact but everytime i call i get put on hold until it hangs up, or i get through but before i can ask questions and actually get help they hang up too. what do i do???
