On 6th June 2021, I phoned up 4 times to cancel my landline and broadband services each time being cut off after they tried to sell me a cheaper package or talk me out of discontinuing this service. I have the names of 2 members of staff who I spoke to
In the Daily Telegraph, it suggested writing to Virgin Media Sales Operation Support, Diamond Plaza, Daleside, Nottingham, Notts. NG2 3GG so I sent a letter Royal Mail Signed For (Recorded Delivery) on Monday 7th June
It was delivered on Tues 8th June and signed for by ELLIS I have the Royal Mail Tracking number which shows delivery details on royalmail.com
The letter requested termination of landline and broadband services giving 30 days notice
So by 7th July, I would like you to disconnect the above services, tell me the amount outanding since the last bill (which was paid direct debit Monday 21st June 2021) and also the address where I can return your equipment to
I have been very pleased with Virgin Media over the years but I simply no longer require the landline and broadband sevices any more
