My security details hacked - unable to sign in

I got 3 emails last night, the 1st two said I had successfully changed my password the 3rd said I had successfully changed my security details. I didn't, someone else has, and now I can't get logged in, and my security question, last bill date and bill amount don't work either. So far I've established that my user name is unchanged as it still found me at that point, but no further security details worked.

The forum team are best placed to take this forward however be aware it will take them longer than the usual few hours / days to respond; please be patient.

All resolved, once i finally got a SMS to work with the UK call centre.
