Hi I need desperate help, I am a LG employee and went from a mixit deal to my rates back in September. However it just turns out no work order was submitted even though I have received the hub and having all the maxit channels.
I have called customers services over 20 times and emailing the my rates team, every time someone says it will be sorted. Now my maxit channels are gone ans have reduced speed, no one can seem to help. Please help
