Re: My neighbours have Virgin Media but I can't get it. WHY?

Unlike BT Openreach, VM are under no obligation to serve every property. There are all kinds of issues that can complicate installations. Wayleave issues, block paved driveways, issues with other services. It may even be that over-subscription has stopped further installations until upgrades can take place.

VIP pack with VIVID 350. Freeview/Freesat HD, Virgin Mobile, Tesco Mobile. Cable customer since 1993

As a Very Insightful Person, I'm here to share my knowledge. I don't work for Virgin Media.

Re: My neighbours have Virgin Media but I can't get it. WHY?

And I totally understand that

I work in telco and know all about wayleave/ digs / demand / capacity etc

If virgin phoned me and said. It wont happen. Then it's fine

If they said. Someone needs to pay. X amount for it to happen then fine

But 2 years and multiple requests and no response.

Disgrace
