My latest bill is incorrect who do I contact to get it sorted. I understand call centres are closed.  Thanks

The call centre is not closed but very busy.You could try texting your issue to 07533 051809. They are also busy but an alternative option.

The bill states I have taken out a new contract and have increased the payments.  I have not taken out a new contract, the previous bills lists exactly the same services as my new bill.

Are you sure that this doesn’t simply represent a contracted increase due to a welcome or loyalty discount coming to an end and you moving to full price for your services?
