My ex's name is on the bill- I need it to be changed
I'm pulling my hair out at the lack of answers about this on the help section of the site!
My ex and I split up almost 2 years ago now and I have been paying the Virgin bill from my account ever since. The 'name' on the account is mine, as is the email, but the name on the PDF bills is still his. I need the name to be mine for tax/expenses purposes but cant find a way to change it that doesnt involve contacting him- as I have no way of doing so anymore.
I pay the bill, I get the emails but the name on the BILLS, is his. How do I get this changed?

Watch out - they will put you on a new contract at the standard rate (even calling does not help they will just direct you to the web to fill in the account name change)- I am fighting with Virgin to get them to agree to the contract terms they agreed when I changed the account from my partner to me.
