My contract has expired i need to cancel urgent

My contract has run out they put it up another £12 without even asking me tried to contact someone  phone calls cut off after 30 mins I've now cancelled  my direct debit so frustrating

PS You have been advised of this increase on your contract and every bill.

Please don’t cancel your direct debit. This simply means you are choosing not to pay your bill with the attendant consequences.
