My contract ends in next month and I want downgrade but can't connect with anybody....

As we know Virigin extends contracts automatically without contacting us. I want to change package, basically get rid of TV bundle as I don't watch it at all. My contract expires in 5th February. Since few days I'm trying to call *150 Vurgin support without any luck. each day 40min without response. I've used even txt message system.

What I can do in this situation? I don't want to extend for another 12 months my contract and pay for something I'm not using.

wow Ive managed to connect and changing cpntract now!
