OK Michael_JK as ruested this is a seperate thread.

Can I once and yet again ask that my subscription to the Viaplay sports service be ceased (which I was told on the phone this morning when I added Sky Sports UHD would be done forthwidth) as I requested - I will not be paying the Viaplay subscription even if you chanrge it.

WHY is it such ruddy hard work to end a stand alone subscription to your servicde ..?
