My cancellation/New contract

Hi, Sorry in advance if I have posted this in the wrong section.

So I cancelled my broadband contract yesterday (price increase), I received confirmation that it is cancelled and that I will be disconnected at the end of April.
Since then Virgin have offered me a better deal which I am happy with and agreed to, does that mean that I won't be disconnected at the end of April now?

Thanks

Hello Izru.

Thanks for your post and welcome to our Community.

Good news from what you have posted.

As the new deal has been applied then this will override your disconnection notice.

If you sign into your online account you will be able to see the new package and the contract length.

You will have also received an email confirming this.

Thanks for staying with us.
