Could someone please contact me regarding my account?
I signed a new contract back in October or November 2018 for 18 months.
I've just received a email saying my account fee has increased by £12. It should not be increasing for 18 months. I opened a complaint about this back in November 2018 (COM102947228). A mod helped me out and listened in to the recorded telephone call and agreed it was a set price agreement for 18 months and reassured me that it will be a set price for 18 months (despite the contract saying otherwise) which is the reason I lodged a complaint back in Nov.
