My blue yonder email no longer exists

I am unable to gain access to my account with VM as the BY email used as the login username no longer exists, "Email address does not exist on this server" - Mailtester.com.

Hello. Are you still a Virginmedia customer? If no then the email account has been deleted.
If yes then you may have to await an admin to reply asking for further questions.

Yes, I have been a VM/YorkshireCable customer for 20 yrs or so; they take about £80 per month from me but seem to be uncontactable. Do you have any idea how long it is likely to be before an "admin" notices my enquiry?
