My bill is wrong

I received an email telling me:

A file was attached with full details.

Email was on 21st March. 

This charge was for six months from March 21st with no new contract which ends in September.

The bill for April was indeed £49.20.

You have now emailed me telling me my bill for May will be £65.00.

I phoned 150 , person said they would change my bill back to £53.00.

This did not happen.

I made an online complaint with the complaint form , got a reply saying they cannot do anything regarding bills!

What's going on?

Can you please sort this out , my bill should be £53.00 per month until my contract ends in September. As promised in my email and previously on the phone.

Post has been changed and I cannot edit it.

Should read I received an email saying Your new monthly bundle cost is £53.00.

Your next bill will be £49.20 for April.

Then £53.00 until September when my contract ends.

I'm glad we have been able to resolve the matter at hand.
As advised - from next month onwards the bill will show the correct price and also this months bill has been corrected.

Still billed the wrong amount for May despite assurances that it would be corrected. Billed £65.00 instead of £53.00 which is the amount I should pay until the end of my contract. Have messaged Ilyas again.
