Hi, I was supposed to receive £50 discount on my tv/internet and telephone package off of my first bill
The discount has not been applied?
There was a mix up with the refer a friend and when I spoke to a customer support rep called Vejay he said they would honour it. My first bill I received was for £28 which I was expecting it to be. Then two weeks later I received another bill for £71, with a £15 discount on it? Can speak to anyone or find an email address to contact anyone. Even tried webchat last week and no-one replied to my query? Help!
