My bill is wrong

My bill for this month is wrong, seems last months payments havent been credited and also i was due a £30 credit by you for this month that hasnt been added either. I have tried multiple times to call as it does state some call centers are open yet when ringing states there closed???? And theres no email address either My bill is due today 7th i only found out about this service today! Last month i made a payment of £10 £45 and £50 which together covers last months bill yey its still stating i owe 93.75 from last month.
