My account problems

I’m now at the end of my tether and wish I never left sky and joined Virgin Media. 

Since joining I have never been able to use the sky sports/cinema apps. Never been able to use the tv control app or the other virgin apps and now I can’t even log into my account online anymore or receive monthly bills to my email.

I’ve been through the online chat experience  and told the issue was fixed again and again. It would be nice just to be able to see my bills and manage my account but I can’t even do this simple thing. I have no issue with my actual services, the tv and broadband are fine but these basic issues are what sets sky apart from virgin as I could actually do these basic things without an issue. 

Seriously had enough!

Hi maybe if you phone and go down the thinking of leaving us route you will get through to a person in the UK, ring in office hours if they can't solve it they may be able to connect you with someone who can, instead of the offshore call centre. Regards Micky
