The email used on my account is an old work email that i no longer have access to. Whenever i try and access anything it wants to use this account. How can i change this without causing an issue to my service ?
I have a full TV, Broadband account

Sorry to hear this, are you trying to access my virgin media or is this the email set as your primary email for your account?

Thanks for coming back to us on this.
If you are able to log in to My Virgin Media using your details, just select My Profile and then Change username. From here you can enter an email address that you do have access to. It will send a verification email and once verified, you can use the new address going forward.
If you are unable to access your My VM account, pop back here and let us know. We can pass data protection with you and change it for you then 🙂
