My account doesn't exist?

I've tried to log in to my account, not possible. My email address doesn't exist, my account number doesn't exist but every month you're sending me a bill to the same email address. Someone erased all my details from your system?

Have you made an online account before? If so I would go down the forgot password / username route and it should allow you to get back in.

Nope, nothing works. When I tried "forgot password" option system doesn't recognise my email, doesn't recognise my account number, my date of birth, nothing and I am virgin customer from 5 years and 1,5 year on current contract.
