My account can't tell that I'm already signed in

Due to slow speeds I wanted to run a diagnostic. Steps to reproduce

1. Open browser that has never been used to access the virgin media website thus has no previous cookies or caches.

2. Log in to my virgin media account

3. Then clicked 'service status.

4. Result came back with no issues

5. Clicked 'still having issues'.

6. Result cam back that I have an issue and that I should 'log in'...which was basically step 2 here...

7. Go round in circles until the end of time.

It asks me to 'sign in with my virgin media' on the final page, as can be seen in the screenshot posted above, if I do click to sign in (despite being obviously already signed in) I get this extremely strange error message:

"Please sign in to the account for "              "  something invisible lol. Clearing cookies and caches doesn't solve anything although although I don't think it ever really does. I get the exact problem across two completely different browsers.

EDIT: Just checked on my mobile phone, got all the exact same errors. The same error on my iPhone:
