I am on year contract at £79, this month not only did they increase to £125 after only 3 months but also modified the broadband speed without my knowledge or consent and added £35 to my bill.
How do I get this reversed?

This would have been a promotional discount or introductory offer applied when you took the year contract out.
You would have received an email about this and a paper copy by post.
The speed increase would have been a free upgrade, but sounds like the discount associated with the old speed might have been knocked off in error.
I can see that you have raised a complaint about this and been credited back the difference in cost
