I verified my email address for my My Virgin Media account and followed the link provided. I filled in the form I was redirected to and clicked "Sign In".
I was then sent to a popup telling me I was all done.
Only now when I click "Sign In to My Virgin Media" the website takes me to a blank 'Complete your Profile' section and then back to signup. Rinse and repeat.
