My Virgin Media account not accurate

I moved house back in January and closed out my old Virgin contract at my old residence.

Early January I started a new contract with Virgin, but I have not been able to see the new account number associated with My Virgin Media online account.

Can someone help?

you'll need to contact VM to get your account number and then setup an online account using the account number are area code

Too bad VM have pretty much shut their call centres, according to the help pages 😞

they are still open but long wait times (longer then normal)

not sure if the text server can help but worth a try. Its also slow but at least you don;t have to sit listening to hold music
