I moved house back in January and closed out my old Virgin contract at my old residence.Early January I started a new contract with Virgin, but I have not been able to see the new account number associated with My Virgin Media online account.
Can someone help?

they are still open but long wait times (longer then normal)
not sure if the text server can help but worth a try. Its also slow but at least you don;t have to sit listening to hold music
