I need to amend the email address on my My Virgin Media account as the current address is no longer active. When I click on the Edit option it issues an authentication email back to the inactive account which I don't receive. As a result I can't edit the email address.
I've contacted VM twice now and am going around in circles. The email on the VM account itself is correct - I just need to change the My Virgin Media log-on email to match.
