My Virgin Media Unable to set up account

I am unable to access My Virgin Media because when I try to set up an account I am told one already exists but the email is incorrect it should end .com but is .co.uk

How can this be rectified?

 I have never been able to access My Virgin Media!

Apologies Matt. I am new to this and didn’t think my first post made much sense compared with my second and I did try to delete the first but couldn’t find a way to do it, thanks for letting me know.
