I am a new customer and have recently been trying to sign up for My Virgin Media.
However, every time I have attempted this, on both the mobile app and via a computer, I receive a page stating:
Your Virgin Media Account
We're sorry, but we're having a few technical problems and we can't set up your account at the moment.
Please come back and try again later.
Can anyone help with this please? I've been trying to register for two days now.

Can you just confirm what device are you doing this on? What web browser are you using? Have you tried clearing your cookies and cache?
