I’m trying to access My Virgin Media App on my iPhone 11 and keep on getting the error message” Safari cannot open the page because the network connection was lost” after I have filled in my User Name and Password!
I’m also having this problem, but also just when trying to log on via my phone completely. Neither the app nor the Virgin media main website lets me log in, just gives me errors and time outs
