can’t register my virginmedia Account. My email address is linked to my parents Account. So every time I log in it keeps logging into their Account not mine. I’ve tried a different email address but it keeps reverting back to this email.

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your online account, are you able to try creating your online account with a non Virgin Media email address?
Please could you try this in incognito mode or private browsing mode within your browser.

thanks for replying. I have already tried this and it just keeps, defaulting back to this email address and the same account. I have also tried different browsers.

We're sorry this has not worked. Can we ask you to try one last thing please, can you try registering from a different device and also clear all cookies/caches and history to see if this makes a difference.
