My Virgin Media Account

Hi

I can't register for a my virgin media account - it keeps telling me there is information missing after I set my password and secret question (although there is no information missing).

The easiest way to get a hold of someone is to message our first-line support on our live online chat. They are the best chance of getting someone to fix this issue.
