Sorry to hear about the missing HD channels - and that you weren't able to get this sorted when you called previously.
I'm unsure which option you chose, but usually what you described would only happen when reporting a fault with your services. You would usually need to speak with customer services about issues with package changes.
However if you've still not got it sorted we'd be happy to take a look and see what we can do to help. Just look out for y PM (the purple envelope) and get back to me when you can.
