My Email Address is Wrong (New)

Hello, I posted about this a while back but then lost access to this account.

I signed up for virgin over a year ago on the phone and believe my email address was written down wrong. As the email address doesn't exist, I cant get into accounts to manage my account.

Any advice on this would be welcome.

Thanks for using the Community Forums to get this issue with your MyVM account looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration 😥 I would be more than happy to look into this for you!

The first thing to be aware of is that your Online Account isn't automatically created at the point of sale, which some customers understandably assume to be the case. 

With that being said, have you been through the registration process

If yes, what happens when you follow the instructions? 

Screenshots are really helpful for us to pin point what is going on, of course watch out for any sensitive information.
