Hi Everyone, I'm new to Virgin Media and the community.
I've booked an appointment for the brand new setup to my flat. I've selected the address, but the address box options didn't show Flat details. So I've selected an available one, and I thought there would be an option for the details to select my exact flat number, but it directly sent the application to the system. So my flat number is wrong in the contract.
I've tried to reach the team using live chat but no one connected with me after 1 hour.
So how can I change my Flat number in my contract address?
