My monthly Direct Debit payment taken today  is less than my normal payment. Any idea why?

In the event your Direct Debit is lower than expected, this could be due to any credits or refunds that may have been applied to your account or package changes that would alter the bill for the next calendar month. If you wish for us to look further into this we would need to bring you in for a private message.
