I am moving house and virgin media does not cover my area.
I have messaged in the Web chat on my mobile (can't access the chat on pc) but am unable to get a response. Waited an hour so far.
Is there an email address that I can use? I would rather not call as the move is in very early stages and seems wasteful to clog up the lines on limited service due to covid for something not urgent.
