I’m due to move house in the next week but can’t find a way to contact virgin to inform them of this.

sorry to see you are having problems setting up your home move, it's stressful enough at the best of times.
You could try the text messaging service.
Just send a text with a description of Home Move to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days.
You can also call 150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues.
Phoning is the preferred method since you are moving next week, however you may need a flask of coffee and some snacks handy in case it's a long wait.
Select the Home Move option, if that doesn't work then select the Thinking of Leaving us option.
