Thanks for the quick response, the options I can see on the FAQ are:
I’m moving and I haven’t told Virgin Media about my move yet
I’ve told Virgin Media about my move and I’m keeping my services
I’m moving but I’m not taking my Virgin Media services with me
I’m not the account holder but I want to take over a Virgin Media account
I assume the fourth option applies to me, this takes me to a page with a number to call. When a I call that number it needs an account number, which I don't have as I haven't signed up yet. Not sure where to go from here.
