Tuning in


I tried to phone , webchat with Virgin team to book my Moving house installation at the new address. It is nothing short of a nightmare so far. I was promised a call back by the moving house team as they can't find my new address in the system but they never called back. 

Webchat is stuck at transferring to an agent for a long time.

Virgin portal confirms they have service in the new address.

Can you guys help me in booking an engineer to do the installation.


PS : My neighbour in the new address tried to move the virgin connection but the engineer couldn't find the duct to pull in the cable so virgin terminated the contract and he moved to BT as that is the only other option available
