We are moving house and want to cancel our contract ,I have tried using the website and phoning getting no where fast. Who do I need to get in touch with?
https://www.virginmedia.com/shop/contactus/moving-home go to the message us chat and when it opens click on something else it will give you options to leave etc. You may have to wait a while I think I was about an hour.
Thanks I have tried that and been on the phone for well over 2hrs all automated.

As advised you can then speak to a agent via the chat and get everything arranged?
Tried that still no good did get through eventually. But if you are part of virgin s team it’s taken a week for your reply .so that give an indication of the problems.
