I am moving hosue soon and cannot phone up about moving my service and so was told to go online to message about moving. However the message us button doesnt appear on the page so i cannot contact anyone.
This is very frustrating as time is running out until i have to move and i dont want to pay for services i can no longer access.
I also spoke with a nice lady that she is going to call me back the next day as she had a system issue, now after 4 days, nobody called. She was nice to the phone but she never come back, her name was Rebeca.
Try to call all day, I stayed 45 min and phone closed up, now it says that is busy and shut down.
For a company like Virgin, is a shame that does not have online CHAT and emails tickets.
