Hi,
I took out a contract in November 2020 and moved home in March 2021, 18 months have passed since I originally took out my contract and the introductory offer has ended however it looks like my 18 month lock in got reset when I moved meaning that I'm currently unable to exit until September while being stuck paying a stupid amount.
How did this happen, I was told my contract end date would not change if I didn't change my package when moving...

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, sorry to hear you have been put into a new contract when moving, this generally happens if either a new package or equipment was added at that point, have you made any changes since moving?
