Moving house on hold

Hi,

I was due to move house to an area that doesn’t have virgin media so gave my 30 days notice, however with the new rules regarding the movement of people I think my move will have to be postponed. How do I put my cancellation on hold as I cannot be without any service. 
There doesn’t seem to be anyone on web chat nor is it possible to send an email, phoning is also not possible due to demand so how am I supposed to contact virgin?

I tried the suggested text service and this is the result

As you can see it is not particularly helpful and has not answered my question.

Do you have any other suggestions?
