I recently moved on 17th December 2023 and struggling to get any clarification when my service will be run to property and installation date. Confused and support not clear via phone or WhatsApp . Can someone find out what is going on? Been without tv and broadband for one month

Thanks for your post, I'm sorry to hear you've been left in the dark about your installation at your new address. I can appreciate how moving home on its own must be stressful enough!
We are very limited to what we can do for Pre Installation queries and issues as we don't have access to the right tools, but we can see what's on your account and pass over your query to the relevant team if needed.
